Welcome to Operator San. We strive to get your retail orders packaged and sent out as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our domestic shipping rates, delivery options, and local pick-up.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia-Wide)

We ship all online retail orders across Australia using Australia Post.

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is automatically free for all orders over $100.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $11 applies to orders under $100.
Express Shipping: Need it faster? Upgrade to Express shipping at checkout for a flat rate of $15.

Free In-Store Pick-Up (Click & Collect)

Skip the shipping fees and collect your order directly from our café!

Cost: Completely Free.
Collection Address: 121 Therry St, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Pick-Up Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
How it works: Simply select the "Pick-Up" option at checkout. You will receive a notification email as soon as your order is packaged and ready for collection. Please check our Contact page for our current café operating hours before heading down.

Damaged in Transit & Returns

We take immense care in wrapping our specialty products and fragile ceramics. While Operator San does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind , your consumer rights are fully protected under Australian Consumer Law.

Important: In the rare event that a fragile item arrives damaged in transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and item immediately and contact us at info@operatorsan.com.au within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you right away.
